Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, depend on airline, hotel, and visa policies. Non-refundable deposits or tickets are not eligible for refunds.
Talbiyah is not responsible for delays, reschedules, or cancellations by airlines or external agencies. Alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
Talbiyah acts as a travel intermediary and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the journey, except in cases of proven negligence.
